John has over 30 years experience with a wide variety of projects, including high rise offices, hotels, medical facilities, shopping centers, office interiors and space planning, industrial facilities, and single and multi-family residential projects. He has overseen the project development for many small to mid sized projects. John has assembled and lead design teams which include site design, civil engineering, structural and mechanical/electrical engineering. He has been the prime contractor on a number of complex projects throughout lower Delaware and the eastern shore of Maryland which include:

John is active in the Lower Delaware and Maryland Building Code Officials Association and is the past chairman of the Lower Delaware chapter of the American Institute of Architects. In his spare time John enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
