Harry, Co-Founded MAD Engineering in 1980, bringing together his many years of experience working as an Engineer for DESMAN Parking Associates, Ralph M. Parsons Company, The City of Baltimore, Department of Housing and Community Development, and Ewell, Bomhardt, & Associates.
Harry is also a active member of the Ocean City community. He currently serves as President on the board of Diakonia. He was Ambassador the year for the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and voted the Citizen of the Year for Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce. He also currently serves as the Vice-President of the Ocean City Parrot Head Club.
